bootDay 1 will focus on YOGA

with our very own Stacy Wodehouse!

Boot Camp is always one of the most exciting times of the year at the Academy – and this year is no exception. Monday, 7/9, Wednesday 7/11, and Friday 7/13 from 9 AM until 12:00 PM.

Students will train in martial arts skills and styles under the guidance of some of the best instructors in the area. Day 1 is our very own Stacy Wodehouse with several familiar helpers teaching the basics of yoga, flexibility, and strength!

Attend 1, 2, or all 3 days. 9:00-10:00 will be time for skills and fitness drills that will leave students stretched, strong, and ready to learn. The from 10:00-12:00 guest instructors will teach all those in attendance some new martial arts. On Friday we’ll finish the camp with a pizza party for all!
