We start every brand new rotation off with our Fitness Days. For the first two days of each class, we’ll be working through our routine of pushups, kicks, punches, and jumping jacks seeing just how much stronger and faster we have become over the last few months.
Remember to grab both your attendance card AND your fitness card.
