I have gained mental clarity of purpose, focus, physical fitness, strength, and overall confidence [and] I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. [Martial arts training has helped me gain] patience, persistence, gratitude, and confidence. It is a great way to build on a positive relationship with my son, Liam.
